Easy! When the order is ready we will bring your part(s) outside for you to pick up.

does not offer a “will-call” option for pick up locally at this time. Please call the local number listed, and make your order via phone.

Dey Distributing is here to serve you! As a dealer, you need to buy parts all the time. To make that experience as smooth as possible, we've built a website based on your needs and suggestions. To gain access to our great prices, parts databases, and monthly and weekly deals, we need the above credit form on file for each company. Then, you are ready to sign up as a new web user.

CREDIT AGREEMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS
The parties agree that this agreement may be electronically signed. The parties agree that the electronic signatures appearing on this agreement are the same as handwritten signatures for the purposes of validity, enforceability, and admissibility.
Upon Company being approved by Dey, the following terms shall be applicable to the parties' relationship.
The net balance of all invoices shall be due on the 15th of the next month following the invoice date.
Any past due amount shall be subject to a service charge of 1.5% per month.
The Company shall be responsible for all service and finance charges, and all attorney fees and costs associated with the collection of all amounts due however.
The owner(s) hereby personally guarantee the prompt and complete payment of all amounts due Dey under this Agreement, including all past due balances, service charges, attorney's fees and costs, and other costs of collection related thereto.
Dey reserves the sole and exclusive right to change the terms of their credit policy and the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time without notice to Applicant.
