Oversize parts are shipped separately with their own fee.
Special Order
Parts ordered rush, from the factory, or qualifying as "special orders" do not count toward the $100 discount cut-offand will usually incur their own shipping charge
Expected Delivery Dates
At Dey Distributing, we do our best to provide your parts as quickly as possible. If they're in a nearby warehouse, that can mean very fast delivery, but there are a few things which may slow down our service.

Out of Stock Parts
We stock a large quantity of parts in each warehouse, especially our headquarters in Vadnais Heights, MN. If you happen to order a part we normally stock and we're out of it at the moment, the best means of getting it to you is to send it out when a new shipment comes in. If that's too long, you can special order the parts as well and freight charges will apply - to do so, please call or email us.
Non-Priority Warehouse Parts
These parts are getting shipped in from another store somewhere else in the country, so may take as little as a day or as long as a week to reach you (unless you've specified another shipping option).
Special Order
This can cover a lot of types of parts. Out of stock parts that you have special ordered will get in before the stock shipment for those two weeks. If it is a special order through the factory, though, that can take as long as two months, depending on the factory and if they have it on hand or have had to make a batch of the part you ordered.
How Much Does It Cost?
Our shipping terms are subject to change based mostly on our vendors. There are also extra fees for expedited delivery, oversize parts, and other exceptions and lowered fees for larger orders (over $100). Your specific delivery fees will be calculated on checkout where possible and you can always call your rep or contact us with specific inquiries.
